ABOUT US

Communication Network Department caters to the supply chain of Telecom requirements – both active and passive devices – and testing equipments. As a former 3M Philippines Distributor for outside plant products, we have an extensive experience in locally fabricating other outside plant (OSP) materials and accessories and partnership with foreign partners who carries high quality products but on a very competitive price rates.

 

For copper technology, we offer products on the last mile accessories which includes dropwires, jacketed wire, jumper wires, station protectors, demarcation boxes and CPE’s.

 

For the fast-gaining popularity of fiber optic technology called FTTx, we virtually offer the complete line of products from the central office for the likes of ODF’s, to NAP’s and down to the last mile installation such as fiber drop cables and CPE’s. We also offer our clients the testing equipments that ensures the integrity of the new devices added to their extensive networks.

RJ-11 Connectors

IDC type, gel-filled, 50 microns gold contact, tool-less installation, double adhesive tape for mounting, easy access to terminals comes with instruction label and two pieces screw with tox.

Dexgreen 10 pair IDC Connector Block

The 10 Pair IDC block adds a new level of simplicity and efficiency to cross-connect functions. Tool less Gel sealed IDCs terminate and lock 22-26 AWG conductors and seals the connection against corrosion. The block uses existing Krone type test tools thereby eliminating the need to re-equip the workforce.

Dexgreen Strip Connection

LSA-IDC Disconnection Module
Contacts on the front for measuring and testing in both directions, disconnection modules have two piece contacts normally closed, incorporating a disconnection facility, this gives all the features as above plus the added advantage of individual pair disconnection and four wire test access.

Dexgreen Dexseal Aerial Closure series

Dexseal aerial closure are designed for new build or maintenance applications. The one piece free breathing construction provide an excellent housing for cable splices in the harshest of environments.

The ends seals provide a quick and easy method of installing cables. Cable support can also be provided.

There are currently 6 sizes in the range managing cable pair count from 50 to 800 pairs.

Dropwire Cables

Telephone Drop Wire : commonly used in Aerial Installation from Distribution point to the subscriber, composed of two High Grade Copper Clad conductor and rigid Polyethylene insulator to provide good signal quality, strength and durability for New Installed lines for both Voice and data applications.

Available in “Copper Clad” and “Hard Drawn” copper conductors; “Figure 8” and “Figure B” Insulation.

CAT5 Data Cables

TCategory 5 cable, commonly known as Cat 5, is an unshielded twisted pair type cable designed for high signal integrity. The actual standard defines specific electrical properties of the wire, but it is most commonly known as being rated for its Ethernet capability of 100 Mbit/s. Its specific standard designation is EIA/TIA-568. Cat 5 cable typically has three twists per inch of each twisted pair of 24 gauge copper wires within the cable.

The twisting of the cable reduces electrical interference and crosstalk. Another important characteristic is that the wires are insulated with a plastic (FEP) that has low dispersion, that is, the dielectric constant of the plastic does not depend greatly on frequency. Special attention also has to be paid to minimizing impedance mismatches at connection points

Station Protector: Intego 509D

Features:

  • Molded of durable, weather-resistant thermoplastic that is made to resist cracking, crazing, and discoloration.
  • Designed for service in all environments, giving many years of low maintenance while providing a high-level of protection
  • Cover is designed to fit securely to the base to provide maximum protection against environmental conditions and the intrusion of foreign matter.
  • The base includes a flexible grommet to seal the wiring exit area, allowing room for drop, ground, and station wiring
  • Designed for tough mounting of modules which prevents it from detachment on the base.

Station Protector Module: Insero SPM 2009

Termination: IDC (Insulation Displacement Contact)

Features:

  • Watertight encapsulated contacts
  • No specific tools are required to perform IDC termination. A simple screw driver eases the drop wire termination. Both sides of this connector can be re-terminated multiple times with different conductor sizes.
  • Designed to operate under harshest environmental conditions. The user friendly design prevents any possible incorrect installations
  • Fail-safe protection is provided by balanced coaxial gas-discharged tubes and back up devices
  • UL listed and meets the sealing requirement
  • Gel protected test ports on top of each module
