We offer IT support to our affiliates and other clients. Adtel’s key responsibility is to provide a timely and accurate technical assistance.


Scope of Work


  • Troubleshooting system and network problems
  • Identifying and solving hardware/software faults
  • Monitoring computer systems and networks
  • Weekly back-up of files
  • Working continuously on a task until completion
  • Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs
  • Dedicated technical support personnel on call during regular working days and regular working hours. (8am-5pm or 9am-6pm, Mondays-Fridays)
  • Certain number of hours per week, hours not consumed within the month will be used for preventive maintenance of computer systems
